Door Refurbishment at The Shard in Central London

​WES Doors have recently carried out works for the main contractor of some refurbishment works to 13th and 17th floor of The Shard in Central London. 

These doors were installed only to open upon fire alarm activation therefore they did not need to meet EN16005 risk assessment criteria, fitted with an additional battery backup system to ensure the doors always fail open.
